Paddle Fish Creek from Verona Beach

Paddle Route-

• We'll be launching on the south side of the Route 13 bridge at the fishing access as it goes over Fish Creek Outlet
  
• We will proceed upstream on the left avoiding the Erie Canal
  
• This is a nice paddle with many sandy beaches.  Farmer fields, marinas and campground that dot the edges on the creek.
  

Important - weather permitting

Directions- (choice of two 2 ways to travel)

1 - Via NYS Thruway-

• Take the throughway east of Syracuse
  
• Take exit 34 and make a right onto Rt 13 heading northeast
  
• Remain on Rt 13 in the traffic circle
  
• Continue past the Verona Beach State Park
  
• Make a left then an immediate right onto Lake Shore Rd
  

2 - Via Rt 31 from Syracuse

• Head East on Rt 31
  
• Take Rt 31 (3rd exit) in the traffic circle
  
• Continue past the Verona Beach State Park
  
• Make a left onto Lake Shore Rd then an immediate right before going over Fish Creek Bridge
